How we pack it

From garage to crate

Custom timber crating
Every bike is built into its own fumigation-certified timber crate, sized to the machine — not the other way around.

Tie-down & strapping
Ratchet straps anchor the frame, forks and wheels so nothing shifts in transit, however rough the crossing.

Moisture protection
Desiccant packs and full plastic wrap keep chrome and electronics dry for the whole journey, sea or air.

Door-to-door tracking
The same 24/7 Platform Tracking used for every Ozlink shipment, from your garage to theirs.
